The Garden Atriums is an idyllic, lush garden community with organic gardening beds, an aquaculture pond, fruit trees, pleasant walks and seating areas. Guest parking, single point gate entry and a single lane one-way perimeter driveway all help make access to the Garden Atriums convenient and secure. In addition, the Garden Atriums include homeowner services such as lawn maintenance, composting, garden preparation, and central trash and recycling bins.

2008 Update
The orchard, vegetable gardens, and park are used and valued. Many children have never grown vegetables and don’t know when fruit is ripe and can be harvested. They delight in learning both – and in eating the “fruits” of their labor.
The pond has a fountain powered by photovoltaic panels on the gazebo roof, it operates only during daylight hours. The gazebo, as shown, is reached by a bridge. And the pond has small fish and lily pads. But the pond is too small for true aquaculture, so it’s more an aesthetic feature.
Residents consistently express disdain for grass-cutting. The homeowners’ association, which governs only the shared spaces, pays for the park’s lawn maintenance. Costs run under $12/month. Non-walking surfaces are xeriscaped, for minimal maintenance, and greater beauty.
